Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Zorthorn ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Amlog Apps Pvt Ltd (CIN: pending), incorporated in India ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zorthorn. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@zorthornesports.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One person may maintain only one active Zorthorn account. Creating duplicate accounts may result in a ban.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Zorthorn only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use cheats, scripts, bots, or any software that manipulates game data or rankings.
• Impersonate another player, team, or organisation.
• Harass, bully, or abuse other users through the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code or APIs.
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

5. Competitive Features & Rankings

Zorthorn calculates ranks, XP, and badges using data sourced from linked game accounts. By linking your game account, you authorise us to read your public match data via available APIs.

• Rankings are updated periodically and may not reflect real-time standings.
• We reserve the right to adjust, recalculate, or void rankings in cases of suspected manipulation.
• Rank resets occur at the start of each season as announced in the Platform.

6. ZE Coins & Virtual Items

ZE Coins are an in-platform virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue ZE Coins, badges, and any virtual items at our sole discretion with reasonable notice to users.

7. User-Generated Content

Any content you post (clips, profile images, usernames, comments) remains your property. By posting, you grant Amlog Apps Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for Platform operations and marketing. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

8. Intellectual Property

All Zorthorn branding, code, design, graphics, and documentation are owned by Amlog Apps Pvt Ltd and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your access to Platform features ends immediately. Sections 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Competitive rankings are provided for entertainment purposes; we make no guarantees about their accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Amlog Apps Pvt Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed ₹1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally at hello@zorthornesports.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
